INSURANCE:
Renter must provide a standard certificate of insurance listing Negative Spaces LLC as loss payee and additional insured as well as list the deductible amount, at least 48 hours prior to check out. Also a security deposit either in cash or certified bank check for the amount of the insurance policy’s deductible may be required for rental.
PAYMENT:
Cash or certified bank check for the rental amount must be received prior to checkout.
RETURNS:
Any and all equipment returned after the specified time on the expected day of return will be charged for that day at the standard daily rental rate. All security deposits will be returned by mail after all equipment has been returned and fully checked out. Any lost and/or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.
